Over the past three days, the FIRST LINE team convened a regional workshop in Hong Kong, bringing together partners from six countries to finalize preparations for the upcoming system go-live.
本次工作坊聚焦三大重點。首先，團隊針對專案成功標準進行充分討論，明確定義關鍵成果與衡量方式，確保各市場對目標有一致理解。其次，安排實機操作環節，讓與會成員直接體驗並演練新系統功能，強化實務應用能力。最後，針對不同國家的在地需求與營運痛點進行盤點與交流，整合差異化需求，尋求可兼顧效率與彈性的解決方案。
The workshop centered on three key priorities. First, participants aligned on a clear definition of project success, establishing shared performance metrics and outcome expectations across markets. Second, the agenda emphasized hands-on engagement, enabling attendees to operate and test new system functionalities directly rather than relying solely on presentations.
